On Tuesday, senior Russian and American officials had talks in Saudi Arabia in order to negotiate the end of the war in Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky criticized the talks, saying that any discussion aimed at ending the war should be “fair” and involve Europe.
