In the Kursk region, on the border with Ukraine, Russian troops have resumed land against the Ukrainian troops which have held part of the region since last August. Discussions on a ceasefire are still underway, and Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin should meet in the coming days to try to reach an agreement.
