Claressa Shields recently appeared stunning in a black dress. Social media quickly took notice of the photos and her caption about the “upgrade.” Ironically, last weekend, Remy Mom also went viral for a photo in an elegant dress! In the meantime, Papua has been MIA since her first and only response to the internet drama earlier this month.

Claressa photos shared wearing the tight black dress on December 22. It was a carousel Instagram post and featured moments from what looked like two events. She wore black dresses for both, but it was her lace and high-slit looks that had the internet talking. The dress is floor-length, with a slit that exposes 90% of her left leg and thigh. It featured printed lace at the abdomen and at the end of the slit. She paired the look with diamond hoop earrings, a silver clutch and strappy heels. Her hair was styled in a half-up, half-down curly look. The photos show her posing with her exposed leg out and with that same leg against the wall.
“Only going up!” It’s called Upgrade 🥰 ⬆️ So grateful for my life”, she wrote in the caption.
The carousel post received more than 1,200 comments and nearly 43,000 likes. While some comments praised her cuts and hard work in her career, others gently (and strongly) urged the boxing champion to hire a stylist.

“It’s beautiful, but you really have to hire a stylist, it’s not a shortcut with this and it’s part of your lifestyle now,” @prettymade_1111 wrote.

What’s the tea between Claressa Shields, Remy Ma and Papoose?
Almost two weeks ago, women words exchanged online after Ma revealed that Claressa was Papoose’s alleged girlfriend. Remy smoked for Shields and her ex-husband online. Plus, former champions “Golden Couple” and Black Love accused themselves of cheating. Mind you, even though Pap confirmed he’s “moved on,” he didn’t explicitly say Shields was his boyfriend. A video of them that resurfaced a few months ago shows a small connection but nothing that got them booed.

And Remy Ma’s alleged pal, Eazy The Block Captain, also weighed after Papoose confirmed a floating rumor that he knocked him out. He later claimed that Pap knew of his existence and explained how he met Rémy Ma.
Remy Ma posted her cream-colored winter look after Claressa Shields claimed she would be willing to get in the ring for a dollar.
Relationship drama aside, Claressa Shields has been on a press tour for her new bio-pic “The Fire Inside.” It hits theaters on Christmas Day.
