Fire officials said that for the first time since the wildfire emergency began eight days ago in Southern California, there has been no significant increase in fires. As winds diminished, further progress was reported in containing the two largest fires. Displaced families began sending their children back to school, with some going to new schools due to the damage caused by the fire. NBC News’ Morgan Chesky reports.
