Nikkei Asia correspondent Steven Borowiec speaks to France 24 about developments in South Korea, as investigators began executing an arrest warrant for ousted President Yoon Suk Yeol on Friday following his failed attempt to declare martial law in early December. Investigators and police were seen pushing past pro-Yoon protesters surrounding Yoon’s compound, but appeared to have been stopped by the president’s security detail, which still protects the suspended head of state.
