Today, I wanted to discuss a little superali.

You know that I am practical and lasting well -being – no extremes, no crazy restrictions. Just simple ways to support your body so you can feel best. And one in my favorite ways to do this? Supervisors.

They are nothing fancy or mysterious. It is only whole foods rich in nutrients that are filled with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and healthy fats. Things like sweet potatoes, chia seeds, berries and green leafy vegetables are definitely considered to be superfoods.

Adding them to your routine should not be complicated either. In today’s post, I share some essential recipes that you can try who are actually delicious, easy to prepare and will help you feel energized, nourished and satisfied.

What are the superfoods?

Supervisors are real whole foods that are naturally rich in nutrients that your body likes – things like fibers, omega -3, antioxidants, vitamins and phytonutrients. They help support your immune system, digestion, energy level and skin.

Some of my favorites? Cabinet, berries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, sweet potatoes and Goji berries. You will find some in the recipes below! They are easy to sprinkle in the meals you are already preparing, so you don’t need to revise your whole routine.

5 superality recipes

Simple, tasty and full of kindness

Superality salad

This colorful salad is loaded with fiber, antioxidants and healthy fats to keep you full and under tension.

Ingredients:

2 cups of chopped kale, the ribs withdrawn

½ cup of mixed berries

2 tablespoons of hemp seeds

½ lawyer, sliced

Bandage:

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 teaspoon of honey

½ teaspoon of Dijon mustard

Salt + pepper to taste

Instructions:

Add olive oil to the curly cabbage and massage it to soften it. Then throw everything with the lemon vinaigrette. So easy, so fresh.

Super food smoothie

It’s my go-to when I want something fast, filling and dynamism in the morning.

You will need:

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1 tablespoon of Goji berries, soaked overnight or for a few hours

1 cup of almond milk

1 banana

½ cup of spinach

1 vanilla protein powder scoop

Instructions:

Soak the chia seeds in almond milk for a few minutes, then mix everything until smooth. Sip and enjoy it!

Sulflies

Crunchy, sweet, tangy and ideal for digestion – it is the perfect accompaniment dish for spring and summer meals.

Ingredients:

2 cups of grated red cabbage

1 cup of shredded carrots

2 tablespoons of hemp seeds

2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of honey

salt and pepper to taste

Fresh herbs: coriander, mint and basil are charming in this area.

Instructions:

Mix the vegetables and hemp seeds, whisk the vinaigrette separately, then mix it and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.

Super food bread

A comfortable option full of nutrients for breakfast or snack time. Naturally gluten -free and full of fibers.
