The Z6 III of Nikon brings most of the flagship characteristics of the Z8 and the much more expensive Z9 from Nikon to the Z6 line. The “partially stacked” bit means that you get some of the benefits of the performance of a stacked CMOS sensor, such as those found in the Nikon Z8 and Z9, but not the disadvantages, or at least less drawbacks.
