If you are a real fan of Ronald Moore’s Battlestar Galactica Restart, so you know that the real secret weapon of the show is music. From the openness to the very last plan, the composer Bear McCreary provided killer music that helped give life to the dark forecasts of the program. While the series itself often focused on high-tech innovations such as cylons, the “cylon theme” of the episode “You Can’t Home Home Again” was decidedly low-technology. In fact, it was secretly composed using kitchen utensils!
The cylon theme
Battlestar GalacticaMcCreary music music described its creative process for the episode, which included the creation of metallic sound effects. Conceptually, it was a very appropriate idea. This episode was mainly focused on the question of knowing if Starbuck would survive after having crushed a cylon raid in a hostile moon of the hostile moon without oxygen. Meanwhile, the plot B follows Helo as it continues to try to survive on the post-apocalyptic caprica planet with what it thinks is boomer but is secretly a cylon.
Naturally, the most exciting pieces of this episode involve the fight of the life of Starbuck and the death of Starbuck and the difficult decisions of Commander Adama to devote fleet resources to his help. This has effectively formed the moral dilemma of the episode on the number of very limited resources which should be spent on the rescue effort of Starbuck. What is his life, asked for the episode, weighed against all humanity?

Despite all this excitement, Helo and his Cylon Gal are part of the most exciting part of the whole episode involving a shooting in a kitchen.
