At least 14 people were killed in the January 1 attack and 57 others were injured.
The 14 victims who were killed were the former Princeton football player, 27, Tiger Bech, Drew Dauphin, 26 years old Reggie Hunter, Hubert Gauthreaux, 21, student in Alabama KAreem Bilal Badawi, Matthew Tenedio, 25, Billy Dimaio, 25, Terrence Kennedy, 63, Brandon Taylor, 42, Elliot Wilkinson, 40 years old Pettifer.
The suspect of the attack was identified as 42 years Shamsud-Din JabbarAn American citizen of Texas and an army veteran, who died after the attack during a shooting with the police.
Some of the complainants affected by the new year terrorist attack On Bourbon Street, in New Orleans, has filed a complaint for civil neglect against city leaders and private companies that have been hired to consult the city on security planning in the French district.
The trial has 21 complainants, some of whom are members of the deceased family, others are survivors who were seriously injured during the attack.

“New Orleans is changed forever by this tragedy, and we have seen countless people now modify their behavior and avoid rue Bourbon and even the city itself for fear for their physical security. “But we have several different agencies from the Ministry of Internal Security who have put hundreds of people, investigators and military police who are used to this type of crowd control and security operations in their other departments which Concentrate today to ensure that this big event will be sure and that we will make the right decisions in these situations that could arise and bring everyone back to home. ”
Noem also said that DHS had regulations for airspace Regarding drone trafficking as well as cybersecurity operations to monitor online activity.
“We will use different agencies and departments under the aegis of internal security, but President Trump also made a commitment to us so that we can deploy other assets from other departments and agencies, and I appreciate the flexibility that He gave us to make sure that we approach this even in a way that we consider reactive to advancing, “said Noem. “We are grateful for this internsitition support, and I think it’s unprecedented.”
The governor of Louisiana, Jeff Landry, said that he was deploying 350 additional national guard troops to support the federal effort.
