To further investigate the circumstances of Samantha’s death, an inquest recently took place at Inner West London Coroner’s Court.

However, just before any evidence could be presented, Warwick’s family lawyer, William Chapman, requested an adjournment due to the actor’s availability.

The actor was supposed to log in remotely for the survey but faced technical issues on his end, which could not be resolved.

In arguing, Chapman argued the hearing should be adjourned because the actor’s absence would mean he would not be able to follow the investigative process or contribute fully to it.

In response, Deputy Coroner Jean Harkin agreed to the request, saying she believed the actor “would very likely like to be part of this inquest process.”
