Liverpool manager, Arne Slot, says that his team does not feel nervous as they enter the Premier League with a seven points on Arsenal.
The Reds beat Wolves 2-1 in Anfield on Sunday without having a shot in the second half – while the Wolves had 10 and almost stole a surprise point.
But Slot says that narrow victories are expected at this stage of the season and expect another severe examination when they face Aston Villa outside on Wednesday evening.

He said, “We have won other home games or one goal when he was also tight. If this happens at the end of the season, people will talk about the nerves, but ensure a premier league victory if you will only run by one goal, it will always be a lot of defense and a lot of hard work.

Slot confirmed that defender Joe Gomez and Cody Gakpo are both always out of action.
He said: “Cody is closest to the return, but Joe will take some time. He will be released for several weeks because of an injury to the hamstring.
“It’s a blow for Joe and for us. He tries to do everything to be with the team. He works very hard to come back, then the first match on his return after two or three minutes, we saw him do a sprint and now he came out for weeks again.
