Winsome Resources outlines next steps for Adina lithium project

WinSome Resources strives to find a strategic partner for his Adina Lithium project in the James Bay region of Quebec “in the next six months”, so that he can move forward with other studies and, possibly, construction.

WinSome has executed the process for “about four months” and plans to bring a partner over “in the next six months” to exercise the option on the Renard mine, according to Evans.

Winstome, an Australian company which, according to its website, has an “established portfolio of lithium exploration projects in the James Bay region in the province of Quebec”, has until May 31, 2025 to act, otherwise the exclusivity rights will be replaced by a right of first refusal on any alternative transaction.

Evans also claims that the company is working on its study on the feasibility of the project, which should be completed in the middle of next year.

Winstome too recently submitted The declaration of preliminary information for the ADINA project at the Ministry of the Environment, fights against climate change, fauna and parks in Quebec, by launching the start of the regulatory examination process.

In addition to his flagship project by Adina, WinSome has three other projects in Quebec: Cancet, Sirmac-Clapier and Tilly.
