President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned Russia’s new “brutal” strikes on Ukraine on Saturday, warning that Moscow “does not think about the way of putting an end to war”, but said that his country was fully attached to constructive talks with the United States next week. Russia, on the other hand, said that it has taken over three other villages seized by Ukrainian forces in the Kursk region last August.
