Hello, I’m Partha, the creator and owner of My Bodyweight Exercises.

I am a REP (Register of Exercise Professionals) certified Level 3 Personal Trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

My website aims to help people achieve their body composition goals.

All of my content is designed to help you improve your physique, whether you’re looking to get stronger, build more muscle, lose weight, burn body fat, or just want to become a fitter, better person conditioned.

My story

I started as a teenager with a set of dumbbells and a Bullworker X5.

As you can probably guess, most of my training in those early days was focused on building “chest and back”, lol, we all did it!

However, my interest and passion for exercise and improving body composition was born.

I have been going to the gym regularly since June 2000.

That being said, my initial career was in finance, but my love for sports has always been with me.

So much so that even while working in finance, I continued (and passed) my personal training qualifications.

I now coach clients offline and write online and build websites in the finance and fitness industries since 2008.

My qualifications

I am a Level 3 qualified personal trainer, specializing in strength and conditioning.

Additionally, I am Level 1 certified in nutrition, corrective exercises and weight management.
