I had good journeys at the beginning of last week. I particularly appreciated our difficult group tour Tuesday in the hills east of Gilroy. It has no really long climbs, just many of them. I was attached to the end, with an electric aid (on my amount). So I was impressed by those who have no help that hardened him. I learned a new fun term for bicycles without help – “acoustic bikes”.

Later in the week, around Thursday, I started to feel a little in time. It is difficult to say if these are only allergies at this time of the year, but I also started to obtain the symptom of chills and night, then a slight fever, so I suppose it is a cold. Yesterday, I felt a little better, so I hope I will kick him. So, for a few days until yesterday, I just made easy local rides. I also do yoga and I stretch the night for relaxation and I continue unless I become really sick. I will soon resume a longer and more difficult driving with a force formation. Reverse like this do not disturb me as they did, especially when I am not training for nothing in particular.
