Everton players assessments
Jordan Pickford – 6
Although the number one in England has little to do, it was a frustrating evening for Jordan Pickford who expelled the effort of Curtis Jones on the way to Salah while Liverpool found what they believed to be the winner.
Jake O’Brien – 8
One of O’Brien’s best performance in an Everton shirt when he continues to catch up in a slow start in a rejuvenated race under David Moyes, he was unhappy not to finish the match with three points.
James Tarkowski – 8
Dominating against Luis Diaz then against Darwin Nunez, Tarkowski experienced an evening to savor, equalizing with a swinging finish to death to send Goodison Park to Bedlam.
Jarrad Branthwaite – 7.5
Like his central defender partner, Branthwaite had a great evening and continues to rediscover the shape of last season when he did what seemed to be a million clearances.
Vitaliy Mykolenko – 5.5
Back from the injury, Ukraine endured a quiet evening and summed up this with a late cross in the stands just when Everton needed punctual delivery.
James Garner – 6
Although it is not as important as his teammates, Garner still managed to push his side on the front foot in what could have caused a victory another day.
Idrissa Gueye – 7.5
Among those who deserved three points at Goodison Park, Idrissa Gueye took control in the middle of the park in a disjointed case, breaking the game throughout.
Jesper Lindstrom – 6
Did well to keep Andrew Robertson busy and push the Liverpool front line in their half defensive, but while not making his mark on the match sheet.
Abdoulaye Doucoure – 7
By moving next to Beto sometimes, Doucoure gave Virgil Van Dijk an uncomfortable rare game, but loses notes for having put a wide crucial chance of the brand. Sent after the full -time whistle to add to the drama.
Iliman Ndiaye – 6
Winning the free kick that led to Beto’s opening typing, Ndiaye left her mark before limiting tears in the middle of half-time. Everton certainly hopes for a quick return.
Beto – 9
One of the best games he appreciated at Goodison Park, Beto gave Ibrahima Konate a nightmare sometimes in a real derby battle, while scoring his third goal in two championship games.
Substitutes: Jack Harrison, Carlos Alcaraz, Tim Iroegnam
Liverpool players notes
Alisson – 7
The Brazilian would have been angry by the lack of sharpness of his team for Beto’s goal, but otherwise appreciated a quiet match on the breathtaking forehead.
Conor Bradley – 6
In a game full of anxiety, Conor Bradley was one of several people who received a reservation from Michael Oliver, before testing the referee’s patience with too much for Arne Slot, who hung the right back to The hour.
Ibrahima Konate – 6.5
Losing a crucial air battle in the dying embers, Konate will be desperate to spend what has sometimes been a difficult evening against Beto.
Virgil van Dijk – 7.5
Unusually confusing by its standards and forced to get out of first speed by a self -resilient, but always fulfilled with APLOMB several times.
Andrew Robertson – 6
Again, sometimes Liverpool’s Achille heel, Robertson – like many – failed to escape Oliver’s book and faced the same fate as Bradley when Slot introduced Kostas Tsimikas.
Ryan Gravenberch – 6.5
According to his standards, the Dutchman had trouble taking control of the procedures and rather found himself sucked in a lively case before Slot ended his game.
Alexis Mac Allister – 7
I found an excellent equalizer when I returned home despite his improbable air prowess. Mac Allister creates the habit of enjoying important moments.
Dominik Szoboszlai – 6.5
By entering the derby in fine form, Szoboszlai had a hard time taking control sometimes against a frantic midfielder from Everton. Tested Pickford with a good effort in the first half.
Mohamed Salah – 8
For a moment, it seemed that the Egyptian king had to bow to Goodison Park with a last goodbye royal, only for Tarkowski to spoil his moment.
Luis Diaz – 4
Continuing the number new Liverpool problem, Diaz struggled to enter the game and continued to look like a shoe player in position.
Cody Gakpo – 6
Unusually silent despite a recent form, Gakpo followed the initial trend of a frustrating night for the Liverpool front line before being replaced by Darwin Nunez.
Substitutes: Trent Alexander-Arnold, Kostas Tsimikas, Darwin Nunez, Curtis Jones
