If the horrific attack in New Orleans underscored the Biden administration’s failure to protect America from the threat of radical Islamic terrorism, the pro-Hamas march in New York City a few hours later, they highlighted how deep this problem was. Stopping the spread of radical Islamism within America’s borders and abroad must be a priority for the new Trump administration.
THE Biden administration has spent the last four years countering rumored political “threats” to America – like targeting Catholics or parents attending school board meetings – instead of tackling the very real threat posed by radical Islamic terror .
In truth, it is only one manifestation of a broader blindness affecting America and the West. Driven by the progressive left ideology preached in our schools and in the mainstream media, an alarming portion of the population now believes that it is permissible to support radical anti-Semitic and anti-American Islamist groups under the guise of morality or freedom of speech. ‘expression.
Over the past year, we have seen these radical Islamist sympathizers march on college campuses and in the streets of cities across our country, spewing anti-Semitic hate speech.
NYC PROTESTERS FOLLOW NEW ORLEANS ATTACK CALLING FOR “INTIFADA REVOLUTION” HOURS AFTER RAMPAGE
This ugliness was on display recently in New York on New Year’s Day. Just hours after the horrific terrorist attack in New Orleans by an attacker claiming allegiance to ISIS, hundreds of protesters found themselves in Times Square calling for an “Intifada revolution,” the destruction of Israel and support for the terrorist organization Hamas.
These protesters knew exactly what they were doing: they took an iconic American space usually reserved for festivities and celebrating the arrival of the new year, and transformed it into a massive hub for radical jihadism. This grotesque display, which celebrated the same ideology espoused by the thug who killed 15 innocent Americans, should make all Americans sick.
We should abandon any remaining misconceptions that these groups have humanitarian motivations or are at all interested in building a better future for the Palestinian people. This is not the case.
What they really want is to undermine America, attack and harm the Jewish people, and spread their radical ideology with the goal of destroying the West. Indeed, in New Orleansa group called New Orleans Musicians for Palestine announced that it was planning a “Procession for Palestine” on January 6, just days after the attack, to “demonstrate (its) continued solidarity with the Palestinian people and make visible (its) ) vision “. for a world after war, colonialism, capitalism and white supremacy. »
6 TIMES ISIS INSPIRED TERRORIST ATTACKS ON US SOIL
None of these things have anything to do with the Palestinian people Today. Fueled by progressive anti-American and anti-Semitic ideology, these protesters have always focused on destroying the West and the fundamental values that gave birth to the most generous and prosperous civilization in history.
These demonstrations are the result of an education system that has misled generations of Americans about the goodness of our country, as well as failed leadership at the top. The Biden administration has failed to combat the rise of anti-Semitism and radical Islamism in America during its term, a fact that has become particularly evident in the wake of the horrific October 7 attacks on Israel . College campuses have become a focal point for propagate radical Islamist objectiveswhile threats to our homeland have further metastasized – and the Biden administration has done nothing to stop it.
The new Trump administration must take the threat posed by radical Islamism seriously, especially since it is now deeply entrenched on America’s doorstep. No university that receives federal funding should allow calls for intifada, threats against Jewish students, and threats against America to be broadcast on its territory.

The “protests” on college campuses we witnessed following October 7 were, in fact, violent, pro-Hamas mobs threatening and attacking Jewish students while spreading anti-Semitic hatred. President Trump should also use his position as President to oppose the claims of these protesters and make clear that America strongly opposes this bigotry.
Additionally, President Trump must once again take on radical Islamic organizations abroad. After four years of the Biden administration, groups like Al-Qaeda and ISIS are making a comeback, especially in the wake of Biden’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan. As these groups grow and prosper abroad, so does their ability to build effective networks inside America that threaten our people.

We cannot simply sit idly by and hope that this threat does not end up harming the American people. We must go on the offensive and ensure that groups like ISIS do not have the ability to threaten the United States or radicalize our citizens.
For four years in the Trump administrationwe kept America safe by doing just that. I am confident that President Trump can once again meet the expectations of the American people.
