Australian brand Posse saw major sales spikes after the royal family wore its products, according to a report.
Meghan Markle is known for intentionally supporting emerging designers and has investments in brands like Cesta Collective and Clevr Blends.

The founder of Australian fashion brand Posse has praised Meghan Markle for significantly increasing her sales, highlighting the duchess’ powerful influence on consumer trends.
In an interview with Town and countryPosse owner Daniella Mulham expressed her gratitude for Meghan’s continued support, highlighting the remarkable impact her support has had.
“We are very grateful for her continued support of our brand and love seeing her wear Posse,” Mulham said, according to the release. Daily Mail.
This rise in popularity is not unique to Posse, as Meghan’s fashion choices have sparked massive sales spikes for many brands.

A landmark moment occurred in 2017 when Scottish brand Strathberry saw one of its handbags sell out in just 11 minutes after Meghan wore it during an appearance with Prince Harry.
Additionally, Strathberry reportedly expanded its staff due to increased sales after Meghan wore their products, demonstrating the financial strength behind its endorsements.

The Duchess generated a $1.2 million increase in sales for the Kimaï lab-grown diamond brand
Kimaï, the London-based synthetic diamond brand, is another company that has benefited greatly from the “Meghan effect.”
In 2019, Meghan was seen wearing the brand’s $767 Felicity Earrings, which she personally purchased.
According to the Daily Mailco-founders Jessica Warch and Sidney Neuhaus revealed that the Duchess’ appearance led to a surge in sales, generating $1.2 million.
Warch explained that Kimaï launched without external funding, but just two months later, Meghan’s support significantly increased their income, allowing them to raise $1.2 million.
The brand, known for using synthetic diamonds and recycled gold, eventually secured a record £250,000 investment from Dragon’s Den star Steven Bartlett in exchange for a 3% stake, his largest transaction to date.

In January, Kimaï is expected to earn $608,000 [£500,000] profit in 2024 after four years of operating at a loss.

Meanwhile, Meghan is fully aware of her significant influence on fashion brands and intentionally uses it to encourage emerging designers.
In an interview with The New York Timesshe shared that when she knows her outfit will be in the “global spotlight,” she chooses to “support designers who [she has] great friendships with smaller, emerging brands that haven’t received the attention they should.
“It’s one of the most powerful things I can do, and that’s just wearing an earring,” Meghan explained.
In addition to showcasing brands through her fashion choices, Meghan has also invested in several companies, owning stakes in around five to ten brands.
However, the only publicly confirmed investments are in Cesta Collective and Clevr Blends, a brand of vegan latte powder available in the UK for £23 per 14 serving sachet.
If the duchess did not reveal the exact amount invested, the founders of Cesta confirmed that her contribution was a minority.

Meghan reportedly began building her investment portfolio during the pandemic. In December 2020, the Duchess announced her investment in Clevr Blends, a wellness coffee brand known for its organic and gluten-free powdered “SuperLattes.”
